Controversy

Stephen, with his remarkable investigative skills, has uncovered controversy. This is huge. The controversy is whether or not there should be a controversy about whether or not Beyonce was lip sync-ing the National Anthem at the Inauguration. Now I'm curious.... Remember her in "I'm a Single Lady?" Now I wonder if they all might have been leg sync-ing instead of actually dancing. Like I said, this is huge. There is really nothing we should be doing until we know everything there is to know about this.

But enough about that. In Tip Hat Wag Finger, we learned that a rural town in Ohio (Montpelier) the janitors and custodians will be armed. Not to worry, they will go to a 2-day training session, so they will be fully trained, just like our law enforcement professionals who get a college degree and practice with their firearms on a monthly basis. "Why the custodian?" people might ask. Obvious choice. They don't have a classroom full of kids as the teachers do and unlike administrators, they are not needed for quick decisions. So, give the guns to the guys we don't trust making decisions.

Have you seen my Burmese Python? He's missing. Well, actually I never had a pet snake. In Florida, it's a problem. They have a lot of snakes and it's a problem. Florida has a bounty on them, but I hear it's not helping to solve this problem. It's really a problem. Glad I don't live there.

Stephen's guest for January 23 was Mary Lincoln. Oops, I mean Sally Field who plays Mary Lincoln in the movie Lincoln. According to Sally Field, Mary Lincoln was under-appreciated. She had great influence over her husband Abe Lincoln. We got to see a clip of the movie Lincoln and yes it sure looked like she had influence. We found out than neither Mary Lincoln nor Sally Field have been invited to many parties. This prompted Stephen to invite Sally out for a drink and to also try to get his wedding ring off his finger. I guess you had to be there. Anyway, another movie to go see this weekend.
